INFORMATION ON POSTAL RATES FOR THE UK, EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL POSTING

When you Shop Online with us you will be prompted at the checkout to select a postal option, these are detailed below. We often subsidise the cost of postage with any lingerie online order that you make with us. The rates shown below are all flat rates regardless of weight. We will not accept responsibility for losses which occur in the Royal Mail Postal system. If your shipment is not received within 7 days of our Shipment Advice email, then please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment.

Please note: All shipments are insured for a basic £32 unless you select the last option in each section where full insurance cover then applies. Please see note below regarding stock availability.

UK Royal Mail Postal Services available

Please note: For UK customers only the free 2nd cllass shipping/postage applies for all orders of £25 only if you select the basic 2nd class postage service. All other options incur a shipping charge as explained below.

1) Basic Service:- we use the 2nd class Royal Mail which takes 3 to 5 days to be delivered and your goods are insured for £34. A signature is required upon delivery. This is a free service on all purchases providing the order is £25 or more.

2) 1st Class Delivery: delivery is made within 1 to 2 working days and a signature is required upon delivery, the goods will be insured for £34. The cost for this service is £2.99.

3) Special Delivery: delivery is made the next working day if the order is placed before 1pm and is also fully insured to the value of the purchase made. The cost for this service is £4.95, we recommend this option for high value orders and peace of mind with full insurance cover.

International Deliveries including Europe

We recommend you use the FULL Insurance option on all parcels sent Internationally, this ensures your good are covered properly if a claim becomes necessary. If you do not use an option with proper insurance cover FOR YOUR EYES ONLY! cannot take any responsibility if the parcel is lost en-route in the event of a claim being made. The basic cover insures your goods for £32. All goods will require a signature on delivery.

Stock Availability

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All lingerie items are subject to availability.

With your order we first check to see that your items are in stock.

If the items you have ordered are not in stock in the UK then there may be a wait of between 10 and 14 days whilst this is sourced directly from the manufacturer in Spain directly (Krisline products may take up to 21 days to be delivered). We have air freight shipments arriving on a regular basis, if this is the case with your order we will get back to you within 24 hours to advise and to receive your confirmation to proceed. If you wish, you then have the right to cancel and a full refund will take place against the original card you used to make the purchase. We email you the details of the despatch method as soon as your order has been sent.

Gift Boxes

With any order of ENNIA products we provide a beautiful quality glossy Ennia gift box where we use delicate silky Ennia tissue paper to wrap your lingerie with - this gift box is free on all orders of ENNIA products.

Returns

Wrong Sizes

Items can be exchanged if the goods are the wrong size and / or a credit can be given. All returned items must be in perfect original condition, unworn and with ALL labels still attached.

PLEASE NOTE:

Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in the original packaging. FOR YOUR EYES ONLY! reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used; items must not be soiled or have been washed in any way.

Removal of any garment labels is deemed acceptance of the goods. ALL Returns must be accompanied by the Original Order Number and the completed returns form which you will need to download, please print this out and send this back with your returned goods in order to be considered for an exchange or a credit. This should be posted to our address on the order confirmation form:
